It is allocated a few minutes far from Streatham Common train station in SW16, zone 3 in a quiet road with free car parking possibility. It has got an easy access to the high street shops and there is a Lidl store 5min. walk from my place. I prefer a tenant who is a full time worker, quiet, single, non-smoker, clean and tidy male/female. The room is available from the 10th.March 13 for a long term. Victoria Station is 17 minutes away from my place by train. There is a nice garden for you to enjoy with a full access to internet. Bills are included in the monthly advanced rent: £460. No deposit required. It will be only 3 of us in the flat including you. When my phone is off I am at work but you can call me till 10 pm.
