I am looking to either let out one of my rooms (£250 p.month) or my whole house. 3 massive bedrooms, fitted kitchen, tiled bathroom with bath and shower, big livingroom with real working fire. Central heating that can be heated normally or by the fire! Lots of storage space. Surrounded by beaytiful countryside but 2 min drive to M80/M90. The views are spectacular uninterupted views of the Ochil hills. Ample off street parking for 2/3 cars, garden. The house can come partly furnished if necessary and has fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, modern sofas, kithen table and chairs, curtains, blinds etc. There is Sky and a phone line if the renter wishes to take it over otherwise it would be disconnected.
