I Am The Agent Announces Unique New Partnership With FreshStart Living

Online estate agent I Am The Agent has announced an innovative new partnership with affordable homes developer, FreshStart Living. It will provide clients with easy access to FreshStart Living’s portfolio of low-cost properties, helping first time buyers, key workers and tenants to benefit from significant cash savings.

A cost effective, affordable and highly visible way to advertise a private property for sale or rent, I Am The Agent’s online portal serves more than 21,000 registered house hunters each month. It helps an average of 700 people per day take the first step towards finding their new home.

FreshStart Living specialises in transforming empty or underperforming buildings into affordable homes, and sells at ‘real prices’ to investor landlords. Properties are typically below the RIC’s market value, making them an ideal investment for first-time buyers looking to get on the first rung of the property ladder.

The agreement between I Am The Agent and FreshStart Living is unique and designed specifically to raise awareness of the fact that affordable homes do exist, even in the current market. Rebecca Peach, managing director of I Am The Agent, said, “We are truly delighted to be partnering with FreshStart Living. This partnership will allow us to offer our clients and investors more affordable rents in prime locations and it will also enable first-time-buyers to take their first step on to the property ladder”.

“We chose to work with FreshStart Living for a number of reasons. Most significantly, we've seen firsthand how difficult it can be in the current market to find an affordable property. We feel that FreshStart have a great product and an approach that aligns very well with our own. FreshStart’s property offering and our own expertise fit together perfectly to offer a winning combination of affordability and innovation."

FreshStart Living was founded in 2009 in response to the virtual standstill of residential development and a growing need for affordable homes. Stephanie Sowerby, assistant marketing manager at FreshStart Living said: “It is vital that both first-time-buyers and tenants are aware that affordable properties actually do exist and they can save money if they choose the right property, we are pleased to be able to partner with I Am The Agent who will be able to offer our properties for sale and rent to the investors and buyers”.

A number of affordable properties are being marketed on the I Am The Agent online estate agent’s portal.  Private buyers and investors should register online to be the first to know about these great investments as and when they are launched.
