Today is the start of the I Am the Agent bus spotting competition. We have asked our clients to tell their own stories about how they became their own estate agent and saved thousands on renting or selling their property online.

Rosie became the agent and sold her property within days, saving thousands of pounds too.

Terms and conditions for the Spot an #iamtheagentbus competition in London:

1. The competition is open to anyone, excluding employees and their immediate family members.
2. The competition runs from 9am on Tuesday, 10th January, to 6pm on 24th January 2017.
3. Winners will be announced on the I Am The Agent Facebook page, Instagram account and the City Sightseeing Cape Town Twitter account (@CapeTownRedBus).
4. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, and exclude any additional expenses incurred.
5. Prizes will be sent to you in an e-mail notification and by post if necessary.
6. Winners will be selected randomly.
7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
