Property Listing:

If you want to sell or rent your property through "I Am The Agent," you can create a property listing on our website. This involves providing details about your property, such as its location, size, the number of bedrooms,

• Register at I Am The Agent and pass on your property details
• On receipt of your order and payment we will arrange a convenient time for our valuer to visit your property and carry out a valuation and take photos. Please ensure contact numbers are correct, we will not be able to showcase your property without a valuation.
• Within 72 hours of valuing your property we will feature it on the major property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla & many more...
• We deal with all your enquiries (all emails are screened).

At I Am the Agent we give you the option to add any other services you might need when selling or renting your properties. Some of these services are included in our packages, but they can all be purchased as add-ons, or just as independent purchases.

• Assisted viewings Most of our sellers or landlords prefer to show their properties to viewers themselves. No-one knows the property better than the owner and so they are the best person to show it off to best advantage. Sometimes, though, it's not possible to do this personally and so we offer assisted viewings so that potential purchasers and tenants can be shown round while you are not there. We offer 1-hour block viewings, which is usually time for six viewers, at £130.
• Pro photos We can arrange pro photos and a floor plan for £120. These are the best tool for showcasing your property to the world via the property portals.
• EPC We can arrange an EPC survey and assessment at £75. It's a legal requirement to have a valid EPC certificate when marketing a property. They are valid for ten years and you can easily check whether there is a valid certificate for your property by checking the EPC online register.
• Credit referencing We can reference all your potential tenants, at just £75 per tenant. 
• Gas Safety Certificate Landlords must have a valid gas safety certificate before a property can be rented to tenants. These must be renewed annually.  We can organise a visit by a qualified inspector at £95. 
• IATA 'For Sale' or 'To Let' board
  Our Essential packages include a free board, but you can add these on to other packages at just £29.99.
• Featured and Premium upgrade on Rightmove
  Give your property the best chance to get the most attention. We can upgrade your listing to 'Featured Property' at £120 per week, or to a premium listing at £240 for the full marketing period.

 Valuation:

I Am The Agent offer tools or guidance for estimating the value of your property based on various factors, such as its location and market trends.

Marketing:

Once your property is listed, I Am The Agent will market it on their platform and across the major  property portals to attract potential buyers or renters.

Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location listings pages are the best places to be seen. With I Am The Agent, we will advertise your property and give your property maximum exposure to millions of buyers and tenants each month. Did you know it could take weeks for a high street agent to put together your listing? But when you are the agent it can take just a few hours!

Viewings:

I Am The Agent offer options for arranging property viewings. Depending on your preferences, you can either manage the viewings yourself or request assistance from I Am The Agent.

Legal and Documentation:

As the sale or rental process progresses, I Am The Agent can provide guidance and assistance with legal aspects, including memo of sales etc

Fees

I Am The Agent charge a one off upfront payment fee for our services and ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT. These fees can vary depending on the level of service you choose and whether you opt for additional features like professional photography or floor plans.
