At I Am the Agent we give you the option to add any other services you might need when selling or renting your properties. Some of these services are included in our packages, but they can all be purchased as add-ons, or just as independent purchases if you need an EPC or gas safety certificate, for example. You choose what you need and so you only pay for the services you actually want.
Assisted viewings
Most of our sellers or landlords prefer to show their properties to viewers themselves. No-one knows the property better than the owner and so they are the best person to show it off to best advantage. Sometimes, though, it's not possible to do this personally and so we offer assisted viewings so that potential purchasers and tenants can be shown round while you are not there. We offer 1-hour block viewings, which is usually time for six viewers, at £130.
Pro photos
We can arrange pro photos and a floor plan for £120. These are the best tool for showcasing your property to the world via the property portals.
EPC
We can arrange an EPC survey and assessment at £75. It's a legal requirement to have a valid EPC certificate when marketing a property. They are valid for ten years and you can easily check whether there is a valid certificate for your property by checking the EPC online regster.
Credit referencing
We can reference all your potential tenants, at just £75 per tenant.
Gas Safety Certificate
Landlords must have a valid gas safety certificate before a property can be rented to tenants. These must be renewed annually. We can organise a visit by a qualified inspector at £95.
IATA 'For Sale' or 'To Let' board
Our Essential packages include a free board, but you can add these on to other packages at just £29.99.
Featured and Premium upgrade on Rightmove
Give your property the best chance to get the most attention. We can upgrade your listing to 'Featured Property' at £120 per week, or to a premium listing at £240 for the full marketing period.
