I have a great 1 bed, furnished, flat becoming available at the beginning of March. The current tenants have been there years so when they move out I will be completely redecorating and refurnishing as necessary so this flat will be in tip top condition. The flat has an open plan sitting room/kitchen, bedroom and shower room. The flat has laminate flooring and white painted walls throughout so it's light bright and modern. Rent is £750pcm excluding bills. Council tax is Band A. My minimum term is 6 months and I ask for one month rent as deposit with rent paid monthly in advance. I'm afraid the flat is not suitable for children and we don't accept housing benefit or pets. We are private landlords and charge NO FEES.
