The kitchen and bathroom were recently refurbished. This room is on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. Both doors to the room can be locked. There are two male flatmates who are out at work on weekdays, away on some weekends and quiet when they are home. House has central heating and double glazed windows. There's a garage with space for a bike, or you can borrow my unisex bike for free while you stay (I'll leave the key). There's on-street parking for a car. All my stuff will be locked away in one of the wardrobes. Furniture includes queen bed, desk and chair, vanity, one empty wardrobe with lots of coat hangers, bookshelf, couch, small spare mattress, clothes drying racks. There will be a few sheets, two duvets, two pillows, a few towels, international plug/socket converters. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, blender, toaster, microwave, washing machine, bins, vacuum cleaner etc. There's a secluded garden out the back. No smoking, very small pets should be ok (e.g. hamster or house-trained cat). Couples ok, but be considerate of my flatmates. I can accept cash until Monday, after that it would need to be via bank deposit and I will leave the keys for you.
