PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A ROOM ONLY Room to rent really a good condition double sized room with good sunshine. All the bills are included as well as internet and TV. It's all furnished and brand new decorated. It only takes less than 10 mins to walk to school from the house. Also as there's no bars nearby, it's very quiet. I would like to cut down some price if you'd like to rent it, which would be 85pw (from now to the end of July 2013). The room is large (double sized bed) and indeed very very clean and sunshine :)
