And it takes 15 minutes to commute to the University of Southampton with a bike. There are bus stations nearby both in Hill lane and Shirley road. The common areas are: bathroom with bath tube/shower, spacious living room with a coach and dining table, balcony with nice sunset views, completely furnished kitchen with laundry machine/tumble dryer. There is sky broadband wireless internet. All home appliances are included as well as kitchenware and cutlery.. The other tenant is tidy and organized and we are looking for someone who has similar traits. The bills are not included and will sum up to around 40 pounds per month, includes: electricity, water and internet. NO deposit nor moving-in fee is needed!
