The house is also within a ten minute walk from a 24-hour Asda and the town centre. I think the TV in the living room is HD as well, but if not it's quite large and nice to have. Rent is £379.17 a month, not including bills, but as I have recently left a course at Canterbury Christ Church University, I would be very happy to subsidise the rent costs for a new tenant to around £300 a month- a very reasonable price for any furnished accommodation in Canterbury.
