Hello, so basically I am not the landlord, I am a student living in this property and we want to move out, because we need 5 bedroom house now. The house is 5min walk from De Montfort University, near Costcutter, Tesco and Sainsburys. It is very spacious and cosy. There is also vacuum-cleaner and dishes, glasses, pots, a pan and etc so you don`t need to buy them. When we moved in we cleaned the house thoroughly, because we like living in a clean place. Also, every room has a sink. All in all it`s a great place to live if you`re a student or professional.
