We are looking for a friendly couple of professionals, mature, respectful and responsible, possibly non smokers (not in the house), common sense driven and keen to recycle. You will be sharing the house with other 5 professionals, Italians and French, and the bills which are inclusive of: council tax, gas, electricity, water, speed broadband and TV licence (around 70£ during colder months, and around 40£ during hotter months, per person). As we would prefer to create a diverse environment and also a multicultural house-sharing to benefit our cultures, we will give priority to couples coming from countries other than ours.
