The house is very well linked to bus stop (2 minutes walking), tube stations (Central, District, Piccadilly lines and Overground), shops (off licence at the corner), Tesco (3 minutes walking distance), Shopping Centres (Westfield, West 12, Kings Mall), parks (Acton Park, Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park), pubs, restaurant, 24hours, groceries, GPs, etc.. The house has got two entrances, from the street through a small front tiled patio, and from the back private court, through a large tiled patio (with space for bicycles). At the ground floor there is a separate, modern fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, television, wood burning stove and brand new cooker with 3 ovens and 8 fires; massive living room, with 3 sofas, two fireplaces, television. At the first floor there are 3 rooms (single, double, king en-suite), and a very nice shared bathroom, with bath/shower. At the second floor there is another double room with big common storage inside, and another shared bathroom with shower, and lot of storage. We are looking for a friendly couple of professionals, mature, respectful and responsible, possibly non smokers (not in the house), common sense driven and keen to recycle. You will be sharing the house with other 5 professionals, Italians and French, and the bills which are inclusive of: council tax, gas, electricity, water, speed broadband and TV licence (around 70£ during colder months, and around 40£ during hotter months, per person). As we would prefer to create a diverse environment and also a multicultural house-sharing to benefit our cultures, we will give priority to couples coming from countries other than ours.
