Hello ! We (my boyfriend and I) are looking for new flatmates for the 25th of April. We live in the flat since 1 year. Our flat is 10 minutes walking from London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Elephant and Castle. There are 2 buses just in front of the flat : the 1 which goes to Tottenham Court Road and the 78 which goes to Shoreditch. There are 2 rooms in the flat with their own bathroom. The kitchen living-room is huge and the flat is new. We have 2 cats for the original touch ! The rent for the room is 840pounds per month without the bills. The bills are around 60pounds per month. The deposit is 1 month and half, there is no agency fees and we are in charge of looking for new flatmates. I work from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, so please, during the week could you call me after 6pm or send me an sms and I will call you back as soon as possible. Thank you.
