Hi I have a double bedroom with own balcony to rent in CrossHabour. The room is fully furnished and have a bathroom which you may need to share with guest but only on exceptional cases not a rule. There is parking facilities and bike storage and broadband. You be sharing with a professional female which works during the week and like to go to gym and dine out. I do also love cooking but also like the odd takeaway and bottle of wine on the balcony appreciating the beach view from my flat. The room is cool and somedays you can hear the sound of the waves crashing I know in London you be asking. But it definitely a must view before you can appreciate the room. So let me know.
