This is very centrally located, a few mins. walk from the train station and 5-10mins from the town centre. The place is fully carpetted and all areas have gas central heating which is included in the rent. It is located few mins walk from major shops like ASDA, Aldi and Staples and right at the entrance to the town so easy to get away on the A road to other local towns. Most of the flats are part furnished. Limited parking space at the front of the building and on the side. But station car park is very close by and charges a very reasonable rate. The rent includes the heating cost and the tenant is only responsible for other usual bills.
