The house itself is a great sized terraced property, large conservatory, two bathrooms, open plan living room and kitchen. Stairs on the right from the entrance hall, parking available and a garden to the rear. We have Sky+ and fibreoptic broadband, are three minutes walk from Royal Holloway and local amenities - pubs, shops and a few takeaways. Bills ate cheap, I pay in bulk but monthly they are no more than £30. Virginia Water is five minutes away, easy access to London and Reading from Egham train station. The room has plenty of storage space, it's a great room and I'll be sad to leave but I just don't need it anymore as I have nearly finished my degree.
