I am working for the Edinburgh festival during the month of august so am looking for someone to sublet my room while I will be away It is a double room available in a stunning west end tenement flat. The flat is located in a lovely area surrounded by great cafes, bars and restaurants, right next to partick train station and underground, for great links to central Glasgow and Edinburgh- or only a 30 minute walk into town. Also has great bus routes and other amenities. The area has a great community atmosphere, and a vibrant night life. Will be sharing with one Canadian female and one british male. The flat is fully furnished, has a large living room with a projector and surround sound (and a playstation 3!), kitchen and bathroom (both bath and shower), gas central heating, superfast wireless internet. and can sort you out with bedding etc if required. The room has a bed, wardrobe, storage space, and a desk rent is £350pm for everything dates are pretty strict- early august to end of august as I will need to move back in after my stay in Edinburgh- but if you're looking for somewhere to stay somewhere in Glasgow for august it is the perfect flat for you, and if you want to visit the festival then Edinburgh is just a short train ride away.
